About Kelly


Based out of Lexington, Ky., Kelly Gage is a USDF Bronze and Silver Medalist who currently teaches and trains out of Noble Spirit Stables near Lexington as well as Louisville, Ky. Despite calling Kentucky home, she campaigns frequently on the East Coast and in Florida at a variety of levels. She also goes to Europe to train and further her education while find sales horses for clients. 

Kelly is an "L" Candidate who is pursuing criteria to obtain a USEF judges license in addition to finishing her USDF Gold Medal.  Kelly also enjoys sharing her knowledge and expertise with students of all abilities and ambitions.  She specializes in finding top quality mounts that will excel in the FEI arenas. She also runs a busy lesson program alongside her sales and training operation throughout the year.  

She is currently mounted on Alberich a 2012 ISR/OLD Stallion, and Equibest Sine Metu G., a 2014 GOV gelding by Sezuan. In addition to her current mounts she has self-produced the FEI horse, Bro A Bryn Swirnai, a 14.1 Welsh Cob mare. She also trains, campaigns and develops horses for A&G Investments, Tempi Change Inc, AirDance Farm and Cold Spring Run. 

Kelly maintains working relationships with the several of the industry’s top professionals to keep developing horses competitive and ethically for the FEI levels. Christoph HessAlfredo HernandezJames KofordJ.J. Tate, and many others have contributed and influenced Kelly’s overall continuing education and success in and out of the arenas. She actively trains with Tate periodically throughout the year. 

Outside of riding, Kelly is a sought-after manager and  advisor for clinics. She frequently conducts clinics for a variety of professionals in the United States and Canada.
